Cleaning and housekeeping is something very important when it comes to renting, and with everything you have going on as an owner or manager of your rentals, we know that organizing and managing cleaning successfully means a great deal to your business. That’s why MyRent’s system also contains an assortment of features dedicated to cleaning, so that your business can flourish with as little hitches along the road as possible!
Accessing the cleaning screen
We are quite aware that this step is relatively simple, but even our trained support team sometimes overlooks the simplest things precisely because they are simple. That’s why we’d rather show you how to get to the cleaning screen in myRent’s system, as presented on the two images to the right.
You have successfully entered the cleaning screen. As you can see, you have a myriad of options, such as notifying your cleaning crew (those with user accounts to access myRent, that is) if, where, and when cleaning and maintenance is necessary.
You can even authorize your cleaning crew to check certain apartments, and they can then mark whether cleaning, or anything else, is necessary at the checked location. Alternatively, when the location has been cleaned, the person in charge of cleaning the place can simply mark the rental as ‘Clean’, and that’s it.
